Closing Letter Request

Closing attorneys may use this form to request a closing letter. Standard closing letters cost $250.00 and have a 5-7 day turn around. Closing letters needed within one day will have an additional fee of $140 and letters needed within 2 days will have an additional fee of $125.

Closing letters are valid for thirty (30) days. If the closing does not take place during this period, the closing letter is void and a new closing letter must be requested to insure additional charges have not accrued.
